DescriptionThis painting shows an oval shaped mirror with a pile of cloths in front of it. The mirror appears to be attached to a dressing table, however, the cloths hide it. There is a stool with a pale green cover on the right and a pair of pink shoes on top. Prominent among the pile is a red dress, a hat with pale coloured flowers and an umbrella. There is the reflection in the mirror of a dark interior with a woman standing in it. There are pictures on the walls and a chandelier, all seen in the reflection.
