DescriptionBernard Meninsky was a Ukrainian–British artist, known for figures and landscapes. Influenced by Pablo Picasso, particularly in the rendering of his figures, Meninsky produced a large body of work on the theme of ‘Mother and Child’. From 1914 onwards he exhibited with the New English Art Club, of which he became member in 1923.
