BiographyBorn in Glasgow in 1865, he trained at the Glasgow and Edinburgh schools of art in the 1880s. He published a number of sets of etchings for which he became famous. He later became well known for his church interiors and landscapes of Scotland done in drypoint. His work was quite sought after for a time. He died in Scotland in 1845.
