BiographyBorn in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, he studied at the Crawford Scholl of Art in Cork (1964-7). He first exhibited with the IELA in 1968 and he exhibited at the Oireachtas in the same year. He spent a year working with the sculptor, Brian Kneale and then travelled in Europe, North America and the Middle East. His first independent show was in Cork in 1973. Since then he had had a number of commissions and his work is in the public and private collections in Ireland and abroad.
